We are proud to present Deimos, our newest release of MerusCase. Yes, Deimos the moon. We fixed numerous issues, and thought we'd also develop some great new features along the way. This is why we are becoming the best case management software out there.
- Drag and Drop of attachments to your Recent Cases list. If you receive an attachment with a message, you are able to drag and drop the attachment icon onto any of your Recent Cases in the left panel. It will automatically move to the case, and delete from your inbox in one easy step.
- Popup previews for newly uploaded .doc, .docx, and .docm files, similar to the PDF previews. Just hover your mouse over the document icon.
- Sort by Staff Assigned in the Case Browse section. On the far right column of the table, you will be able to see all Staff assigned to the case, not just the attorney.
- Notification reminders for Events and Tasks. While you are logged into MerusCase, it will alert you of an upcoming Event or Task, and also right before the Event is scheduled to begin.
- Browse Firm PDF section no longer blows away user view. You are now able to filter, and attach documents to a case without the table scrolling back to the top after clicking attach. Remember you can also notify the Attorney Responsible upon attaching to a case, just be sure to check the box.
- New Reports for User, and Case Access. One of the reports will allow you to see which cases a user has accessed, and the other report shows the access of a case.
- Filtering abilities to View Calendar. When you are int the View Calendar section you are now able to filter by Type, Title, Assignee, and Applicant Name.
- Added navigation options. After uploading a Document, Photo, Form, or Batch Scan, you have choices to where you'd like to navigate to. This feature can be adjusted in Preferences.
