- JET File- Yes, we are certified for use with JET File! (Check out MerusWare and Fuery Solutions in this list) Why'd it take a while, you ask? We would like to thank the DWC waiting list for that one. Unfortunately we couldn't just call up a day ahead of time (like at your local favorite night club) to get ourselves on a VIP guest list. Because Fuery Solutions is a Third Party Filer, you can take advantage of e-filing through us even if you don't have you own EAMS e-filing account. Just ask us how!
- EAMS Filled-Forms automatic formatting- EAMS wants all CAPS? No symbols? Only use Internet Explorer!? Well worry no more, because we have your back. When creating a DWC Packet and getting it ready for submission via JET File, we will automatically convert your text to their standards helping to eliminate rejections.
- POP3 Support- Getting e-mails from your work-related email account into MerusCase just got easier! If you set up POP3 in your preferences MerusCase will automatically grab your emails from your outside email account (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! mail, etc.) and place them directly into your MerusCase inbox. You say that you don't want ALL your emails to be imported? No problem Just forward specific emails to your user+###@meruscase.net address (which is located in your user preferences)
- Similar Events feature- After getting a little feedback from our users accidentally creating duplicate events, we decided to add a nifty little feature that shows you upcoming events as they are being created. The filtering magic comes from the Case that you assign and what the title of the events is. You can see it in action when you go to create a new event. Go ahead, try it!
- Staff Assigned appears in Events- When viewing an event or creating one that is assigned to a case, you will now see the staff assigned to the case. This is to let you know who to assign the event to without actually having to actually go into the case.
- New Email Notifier- You will now see the number of new messages in the menu bar next to Messages (1)
- Activity Tags in case Messages- When composing a case message, you can now add an Activity Tag.
Worth mentioning:
- Notifications for Events and Tasks. If weren't aware of the notification pop-ups for Tasks and Events you might want to check out the our past release notes for Phobos.
- Tabbing in a Filled-Form was not jumping like expected.
- Some of menu drop-downs items were not alphabetized.
