JET-Filers - EAMS Intermittently Unavailable 5:00 PM Friday 05/26/2023 - 5:00 AM Tuesday 05/30/2023

TO ALL JET USERS: 

EAMS WILL BE INTERMITTENTLY UNAVAILABLE from 5:00 PM, Friday, May 26, 2023, through 5:00 AM, Tuesday, May 30, 2023, to allow OTech and OIS EAMS Teams to perform system maintenance updates. 

  • This outage will include access to EAMS and JET Filing. 
  • Some error messages will be delayed. 
  • EDEX, and ETL will not be available May 26-29, 2023. 
  • Refund App and Public Information and Lien Search Tools will not be available. 
  • QME, eCPR, OSIPO, MPN, and RTWSP will not be impacted. 

The EAMS application and JET Filing will be fully accessible on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, after 5:00 AM. 

Action required: 

On Friday, May 26, 2023, STOP JET submissions to SAFE by 5:00 PM.
