New Feature Spotlight: Vocational Rehab Tracking

We're excited to announce a new partnership with Ortega Counseling Center, one of the leading providers for Vocational Counseling in California.

Using the Refer to Voc Rehab tool in MerusCase, you can now quickly and easily refer your clients to OCC for the benefits to which they may be entitled. You'll be able to look like a superhero to your clients, without lifting a finger!

Connect your clients with the resources they need:

We know you want to take care of your clients and ensure that they get the best care. At the same time, your busy schedule means you need a way to connect your client with a counseling service quickly. 

Using our Voc Rehab Referral Tool, you can connect your client with Ortega Counseling Center's experienced staff. At that point, OCC will handle the voucher process. 

This means no extra phone calls, no tedious email exchanges, and no more stressing over the status of the voucher. 

Track all your Referrals and Vouchers in one place:

Once a referral is sent to Ortega Counseling Center, you'll be able to track the status of the referral on the Browse Voc Rehab Referrals screen. As OCC addresses each referral, the status will be updated to show the change. 

Using this feature, you're always kept in the loop, without having to micromanage anything during the referral process.

The result: more time for you, your client, and your firm.

About the Benefits:

The Return-to-Work Supplemental Fund (RTWSF) and Supplemental Job Displacement Benefits (SJDB) vouchers allow injured workers to receive funds for career re-training or to offset a loss of income due to injury.

Using the Voc Rehab Referral tool, you can submit referrals for one or both of these vouchers straight to Ortega Counseling Center.
