As always, our upcoming release will debut a handful of changes that we've strategically developed with our clients' needs, requests, and best interests in mind. We will be using MerusCase Insider to provide previews and demonstrations of these new features, and we welcome your feedback in the Comments section below each post.

General

• Added ability to export data from any table as CSV or Excel Worksheet

Activities

• Telephone Call activities now have previewable and clickable Associated Contact
• Phone number is now displayed when selecting Associated Contact
• Description sorting in Firmwide Activities is now fully functional

Books

• Bill To Party properly displays first and last name if the party is an individual and not a company
• Who and Date Exported filters in Charges: Exported are ready for use
• Last Invoice Date filter in Create Invoices is ready for use

Case Files

• Fixed ability to delete vehicles in Personal Injury: Motor Vehicle Accident
• Better labeling of witness location selectors
• Replacing the rate on historical ledger entries now obeys the firm's rate priority

Case Ledgers

• Suspended user's initials are properly shown (instead of "?") when editing entries

Documents/Forms/Templates

• Party's primary address is pre-selected when merging templates
• Personal Injury dates now properly auto-fill

Invoices

• Delivery Method can now be saved when Delivery Date is not provided

Messages

• Better handling of links in sent messages

Parties

• Insurance fields no longer shown for case types where insurance is not required (i.e. Immigration)
• Proper auto-fill of City, State, and County when providing Zip Code when creating a new party
• Better behavior of Back to Top widget

Miscellaneous

• Secretary Handling has been changed to Assistant Handling
