As of June 5, 2009, additional core features and improvements to already established features have been added to MerusCase for the 1.2 release to further each user's experience. These 1.2 features include:
- MerusDrive which allows users to directly save to MerusCase from his/her personal computer
- Improvements on the overall function of the Ledger, Firm Tasks, and Admin Reports
- Additional Forms including Social Security Forms per users request
