We’ve added chat-based support to MerusCase today. During most business hours, a MerusWare Support Engineer will be available in real-time to help on-the-spot.
To access this new feature, just access Chat under the Help menu. You can tell if we’re available based on a small dot adjacent to the chat item. If the dot is grey, we aren’t online. If the dot is orange, we’re logged in but haven’t touched the keyboard in awhile (idle). Finally, if the dot is green, we’re up-and-at-’em and ready to help.
We hope you find this new feature useful.
The chat engine uses Google Talk behind the scenes.
