We've finished development and testing of our newest release of MerusCase (version 1.8, "Mars"). Many new and exciting features made it into this release—they're highlighted in the list below.
Email features:
- Check Boxes - With this feature you can mark multiple emails to delete, read and unread.
- Quickly add "colleagues" - A single click to quickly add firm users as recipients.
- Drafts - Users can start on an email and if not finished, they can save the email as a draft to work on later. Auto-saving for unfinished composed emails are also incorporated here (like in New Activity).
- Outbound Emailing capabilities - You can now send outbound emails through MerusCase. Included in this feature is advanced time tracking capabilities. From the time the recipient opened it, sent it, and how long they had it open. All reply's will be logged into the attached case automatically. No other system offers this.
- Attachments - You can now send file attachments to anyone with an email address, and they can reply with attachments.
PDF hover overs:
- Are now showing a full page preview.
Case Preview (hover):
- Placing the mouse over the
icon in the Case Browse section now can show full screen details.
Removed Logo:
- We removed our logo from the printed reports.
Files>Documents:
- Clicking on file > documents - will now take you to the activities page with only documents displayed
iPhone 3G and newer:
- Will no longer redirect to the mobile version.
