It's only been two weeks since our last release but our hamster wheels were left in overdrive so MerusCase could stay ahead of the curve and continue to deliver the features you deserve. It's like Christmas every other week!
What could we possibly do in just two weeks time? A lot, actually. We're not just talking about superficial edits like drop shadow or shiny buttons, we're talking about features that save you time and, in effect, money.
- ADJ EAMS Importer Tool - When creating a new case, if you enter in an ADJ number assigned by the California Division of Workers Compensation, MerusCase will automagically import all case related information from the EAMS website directly into your MerusCase account! We're talking the Hearing Judge, Parties, and all Injury information!
- Tasks with Priority and Sub Tasks - You can now give tasks a priority level and a hierarchy with Parent Tasks and Sub-Tasks. Stay organized and get more done. Psst, you know what else this means? That's right, case workflow is coming soon!
- Improved Email Support with Shared Inbox Capabilities - We've revamped our email sync with IMAP giving you an easier way to set up your incoming and outgoing email while also allowing you to add a shared firmwide email inbox. Managing emails has never been easier.
- Improved Conversation View for Emails - After receiving some valuable user feedback we've improved the look and feel of threaded emails. The interface is more self-explanatory and now displays in-progress drafts.
- Activity Grouping for Similar Activities - To help simplify Case Activities we now group together activities that are similar and hide redundant activities, like updating tasks or events. Remember, you can always see everything that has been done on your case by clicking the Show Hidden link in the top-right of your screen from the Case Activity table.
Remember that with the new email sync in this release, you will be prompted to re-enter your email and password to continue receiving incoming email in Merus. Please see our blog post entitled
Email Improvements Coming Friday, October 4th! for more information on how to ensure that you keep receiving incoming emails in Merus. As always, we're here to assist you if you're having trouble or if you have any further questions.
