New Billable Time by Day Report: For your convenience, we have included a new report. The Billable Time by Day report will display for you a per-day total of invoiced billable time entries made by a particular user of your choice during a specified time interval.
You can choose to see the report of invoiced billable time logged or billed by the user. Additionally, this report will be delivered to your inbox as a tab separated (Excel) file.
Reports Categorized Around User Permission Levels: In order to make it easier for our users to control and limit which members of their staff can access sensitive information, we have re-categorized reports according to the many different available user permission levels. Most users in the lower permission tier will have access to a limited amount of reports. Only administrators will have access to all existing reports in MerusCase. Power users with accounting will have access to all general level reports plus the reports dealing with billable time, ledgers, expenses and payments.
New Activities: We have included the case type in the description of the activity that is automatically generated on case creation. Now, instead of a description such as "This Case File was created", you will see something like "Workers' Compensation Case File was created". There is also a new activity automatically generated every time the status of a case is updated.
These updates are part of a first step towards some great improvements to workflows coming to you in a future release.
Other Refinements:
- Send and delete is working as expected for all users. Some users working with a lower screen resolution (no split view of messages) had reported experiencing difficulties when sending and deleting messages.
- Refinements to encoding of special characters in filled forms and DWC Packets.
- Refinements to new casefile generation using the EAMS lookup tool.
