JET-Filers - EAMS Unavailable 7:30 PM Friday 07/14/2023 - 4:30 AM Saturday 07/15/2023

TO ALL JET USERS: 

EAMS JET File WILL BE UNAVAILABLE from 7:30 PM, Friday, July 14, 2023, through 4:30 AM, Saturday, July 15, 2023, to allow OTech and OIS EAMS Teams to perform system maintenance updates. 

  • This outage will include access to EAMS JET Filing. 
  • Some error messages will be delayed. 
  • EDEX and ETL will not be available July 14, 2023. 
  • Refund App and Public Information and Lien Search Tools will not be available. 
  • QME, eCPR, OSIPO, MPN, and RTWSP will not be impacted. 

The EAMS application and JET Filing will be fully accessible on Saturday, July 15, 2023, after 5:00 AM. 

  

Action required: 

On Friday, July 14, 2023, STOP JET submissions to SAFE by 7:30 PM.
