Savvy Support: Making the Cut

What's in a support? Popular answers: a desk and a computer; a brain and fingers to type with; professionalism and optimism; a dedication to customer satisfaction that exceeds any job description. In my first few weeks at MerusCase, I've learned that support comprises a fine solution of all the ingredients listed above, fortified with strong coffee and flavored with an appreciation of dry humor.
