The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. Our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, directly or indirectly. As this global health situation evolves, we wanted to update you on how we’re responding.
First and foremost, our top priority at MerusCase will always be the safety and well-being of our employees and customers. To protect our team members and do our part in reducing the spread of this virus, we have closed our Oakland office and have transitioned to a fully remote team. (On this note, we highly encourage our clients to move to ACH payments instead of check.) As another proactive safety measure, we have discontinued all business travel and moved our scheduled in-person meetings to video.
With these measures in place, please know that MerusCase will remain fully operational. We will be providing you with the same reliable, high-quality support you have come to rely on.
